Atlas_shrugged is an entrepreneur in the digital media scene in the Philippines. He is a CEO and part-owner of his own company, and is a veteran of a few high-tech startups. He believes that being successful in business does not have to come at the expense of one’s personal life. He has traveled all around the Philippines plus 10 other countries (mostly with his wife) and is always looking to add more to the list.
Purevoid is a writer, web developer and a serial entrepreneur with special interests in Integral Arts & Sciences and neuro-linguistic programming. He has headed several startups and is currently focusing on Internet marketing.
Why Asteeeg?
Asteeeg comes from the Filipino colloquial term “astig” which loosely means awesome or cool. Astig, like many street words in the Philippine language, is a reversal of a formal word, in this case the word “tigas”. “Tigas” in English means solid.
